"Michael and his team (including Wan Lee) did a great job handling my reservation. Michael very patiently helped me through the check-in process on my phone, which then helped me secure an early check-in around 12:30pm (I arrived around 9:30am). "We stayed for 2 nights in a Deluxe Seaview Room while traveling with our 1-year-old girl. We had originally booked a Panoramic Seaview Room but after requesting a baby cot, we were informed that the room couldn’t accommodate one.
