"Michael and his team (including Wan Lee) did a great job handling my reservation. Michael very patiently helped me through the check-in process on my phone, which then helped me secure an early check-in around 12:30pm (I arrived around 9:30am). Bus line is right in front of the hotel, which is nice. Really only two negative things to know about this hotel.
