"Great location with well-appointed amenities. An overall excellent value.
The only two things I would caution future guests about are the noise from the two bars located directly behind the property and the lack of soundproofing between units. "This is a self service hotel. No staff on premises. The breakfast that claims to be included is yogurt in the fridge and some granola. They don’t restock the fridge therefore there was no water after our second day, the water fountain also never worked so we couldn’t refill the coffee machine. The internet also didn’t work. All in all I don’t know how this could be rated a four star property."

"I'm sorry that I ever booked this hotel and may never stay at another Holiday Inn Express. The hotel has an inadequate number of parking spaces for guests unless you use a nearby parking garage that is rather inconvenient. The decor is very outdated and really should be updated. The hallways are humid and have a odd smell. Our television had sound but no picture on a Thursday and Friday. The staff said it could only be fixed by the local cable company following a storm the prior Monday evening....
