"Upon arrival everything looked ok and our room looked nice. We had been in the heat all day and just looking forward to getting showers and resting. Shower gel was completely empty, but front desk sent more quickly. Found several pubic hairs in the shower and hotel never acknowledged by message about that. "Bad experience. I was unable to get expedia refund nor insurance refunded after a 3rd night cancel due to winter weather. Expedia trip insurance is fraudulent for not paying for the insured night. "The hostess at the front desk was very friendly and professional. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The room lacked a smoke/CM detector. Bathroom door was not seated properly so had to force it closed or push it to the right to get it to close."

I never saw anyone working on the pool. Guests were haphazardly told after the third day to go to the hotel next door to use their pool. "I would not recommend this property. It was more like a shelter or a hostel. The mattress had a plastic case around it. The sheets were threadbare and the couch worn and filthy. There’s no overnight front desk staff one of the first rules of the hotel is not to get involved with police activity around the property. I booked for two nights but stayed one.
