"Room was okay. The shower leaked BAD every time you showered. The pool was green and smelled horribly of mold. Had to go get our own towels every time our dirty ones were taken by cleaning staff. The one day of the week our whole room was to be cleaned the cleaning staff didn't start cleaning it until 5:45pm-6:00pm, which we were ready to come back to the room and relax and couldn't after a long day. "We booked a 2 bedroom suite, after checking in and going to dinner, we arrived back with water flooding the main bathroom. They did upgrade us to a different room the next day and provided 30% off the room rate but for the price of this hotel I would have hoped to not experience something like this. You could tell that the bathroom ceiling has had a leak before. 30% off for unusable bathroom and listening to water dripping in bucket all night was not enough."
