"Arrival the night staff at the desk was professional, but not very friendly to me or another potential guest. The grounds look like they were all under construction although the place look like it been renovated a while back the room had a strange odor and the beds were pretty and white so I assume clean the bathroom and the sink and need it grouting the floor was absolutely filthy. I got out of the shower and walked to the bed and my feet were black. My husband wouldn’t even let me walk down...

"Don't like giving poor reviews, but the holes in the towels pushed me over the edge.
Stayed for UT graduation. (Overpaid, $900 for 3 nights, so not sure if this skews my opinion. But would have paid $300 more to stay elsewhere.)
-Place is not in good condition, probably 2 star condition. Scrapes on walls from traffic throughout, hallway carpets rippled on multiple floors. Bathroom wall paper gapped and signs of mold. Needs major TLC. (Room was clean however)
