"I chose Blue Rock Resort because I thought it had breakfast & a bar. There was breakfast, either cereal or bread. There was no bar. The room smelled like urine & the bath tub drained extremely slow."

"Upon arriving, we were greeted kindly by kind gentleman of the staff who told us how they newly renovated the property over the winter and opened in May. He escorted us to our room and showed us how to key into the room with our unique door code; no room keys to lose here. The room was clean and comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the shower. Makeup wipes by the sink. Coffee maker on the desk. Water in the fridge and a microwave. Something they could add is a bag rack or...

"Very cool theme and the kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool. The fire pits were awesome after dark. Location was good and easy to find. Would definitely stay here again."

"The check in was not very helpful. She seemed annoyed when I asked questions. We tried to book by calling the place but it was $75 cheaper to book through Expedia. The fire alarm chirped all throughout the night waking us up, even going off at one point. The sleep was horrible because of it. We let the front desk know and she said we weren’t the only ones complaining and that’s to bad. They seemed annoyed we were there for one night."

"The room was very comfortable and clean. The manager that was on site was not helpful. She did not know where the ice machine was, we locked ourselves out of our room and there was no one on site with a master key. Someone had to go to the Pelham main property to get us a key to let us in our room. Also, We had brought our own martini glasses and they were taken out of our room by housekeeping. These were four new glasses that I had bought specifically for our trip and we did not get them back....
