"It’s a very quiet and peaceful place. The staff was always available and very helpful. There is free parking, and it’s only about a 3-minute walk to the beach. Best of all, the owners are on-site, so if you need anything, they’re always there to help.😍 I highly recommend this place ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ and I can’t wait to come back for another vacation soon! "The cottage and room was very clean. The staff at registration and parking were very helpful. The private beach and beach amenities were a nice perk. Pool was clean but we didn’t use it. Only two minor issues we had were wasps got in our second floor room, twice. And housekeeping forgot to leave clean towels one morning. Otherwise 5/5! Excellent location too!"

"We just came back from the Pelham House and our trip was wonderful! The property is absolutely beautiful with a lovely private beach. The Restaurants, Bar and all of the staff made our trip both fun and relaxing. Whether we were on the Beach or by the Pool staff was attentive to our needs and took our orders throughout the day/night. The views are beautiful from each room as well as from the Roof Deck Restaurant! We will definitely stay here again!"

"The room was very clean. Loved the shower room! Two outdoor pools and the hot tub were nice after a long day of riding bikes. We didn't get a chance to use the fire pit area but it was nice with some yard games. The check in was easy, nice little shop with coffee available in the morning. All staff members were friendly and helpful."

"Beds very comfortable. Room was dark, carpet is old and had a musty smell. Needs renovating, especially since the amount charged was extremely high for the condition of the room."
