Hotel Belanja di Southall

"Excellent Hotel and location. However, it’s starting to show its age."

"Les employés sont très serviables, polis et souriants. Les chambres sont vraiment petites , trop pour mon âge."

"No concierge to help with baggage, just arrived from a 13 hour flight with 4 bags, no one to assist in with baggage from taxi or to the room, I am 75 years old and just recovering from surgery, not what I expected. Water pressure in the bathroom very week, Hotel just refurbished, noticed that the mirror in the bathroom was old with the silver backing showing through on corners. Shower hand set clamped to the riser pipe making it difficult to use. No fridge in room, needed this for...

"Comfortable room for our one night stopover and very convenient for travelling through Terminal 4."

"Event going on and very noisy, moved rooms from 1st floor to 5th but still loud. Check in staff did not say anything other than here’s your room, nothing about breakfast or facilities."

"清潔な客室"

"Very clean, central and quiet. Ticked all the boxes."

"Stayed here in November 2026 for 4 nights. The staff was friendly and rooms were clean. The continental breakfast for an extra cost of 7 pounds was reasonable. Free coffee and tea 24 hours. The hotel was in a perfect location for theatres, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, and china town - all walkable. My husband and I felt very safe."
