"A good enough spacious room with a comfy double bed, suitable wardrobe and a nice desk. The bathroom was quite clean and the shower worked well. Our room had two windows for maximum daylight and it opened for sufficient ventilation. As we were in a busy high street the room didn't have a great view! Overall we got a good value deal for 3 nights! Many nice restaurants and shops nearby. Also Southall station is about 20 minutes walking distance from our hotel!"

"Sadly would not come back.
My allocated room already had someone in it when I tried to get in. Give the staff their dues, they moved me to another room straight away.
I was told free parking on site, we received a parking ticket for the time we were there.

"When booking this hotel, the descripting said "microwave and refrigerator in room".
Also "access to the communal kitchen" was mentioned. I chose this hotel specifically because I needed a microwave and a refrigerator IN MY ROOM.
It was a big disappointment to arrive and check in and not to find microwave or refrigerator in my room. The "communal kitchen" was there as promised but it was rather dirty, not well maintained, not convenient to use.
The staff was very friendly and helpful....

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "This was an excellent hotel on a budget. It was a fantastic location, and it felt very clean and nice. Of course, the room is tiny and basic, but it was exactly what we needed for this trip where we were only in the room for sleeping, anyway. I would highly recommend the Z Hotel to anyone traveling to London who doesn’t want to spend money on an extravagant hotel but who also doesn’t want the hostel experience of shared bathrooms."

"Pods were small but enough room to fit small luggage in and perfectly comfortable for sleeping and the aircon was very effective. The bathrooms seemed like they were regularly cleaned and there was always a dry shower cubicle available when I needed one. Having the area downstairs to sit and relax was nice and freely available ice cold water was great on a really hot weekend. The QR codes for access were a bit temperamental and sometimes took a few tries but that was the only minor issue."

"Although our room was spartan in decoration, the staff were exceedingly friendly, kind, and accommodating. I would have liked a bit more storage space and two bottles of water rather than one.
