It was a pleasant stay indeed. However the carpet needs to be changed. It was pretty much worn out. The bathroom was clean and the 2nd floor room is highly recommended."

"Sadly would not come back.
My allocated room already had someone in it when I tried to get in. Give the staff their dues, they moved me to another room straight away.
I was told free parking on site, we received a parking ticket for the time we were there.
Still waiting an explanation "

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "The room was clean, the staff were super friendly and helpful (providing map, directions, recommendations of where to eat, carrying my heavy suitcase up and down the stairs for me, storing my luggage pre and post stay) and the location was great, very conveniently located near Paddington station and near places to eat and shop.
It is in a very pretty street with trees and grass through the middle of the street and beautiful buildings on each side of the street.
My only concern was how tiny...

"The AC wasn’t working in our room and management did nothing the first night to help us. And this was in July. The next day we spoke to someone else and they said that they will call maintenance. Maintenance never came, so they moved us to another room. The manager said the first night that they couldn’t move us to another room and if we didn’t like it, to go somewhere else."

"Loved my stay! Very easy check in on the tablets. Room was cool with the lights. Everything was done on an iPad which was pretty cool. My tv worked but kept glitching so bit annoying.
Bed was comfy. Only thing is the blinds being functioned from the iPad mine kept catching and wouldn’t go down after a certain point. Pretty annoying. I did try myself but didn’t want to break anything. It would catch every single time and go slanted.
Great stay and location. Would def stay again"
