"A good enough spacious room with a comfy double bed, suitable wardrobe and a nice desk. The bathroom was quite clean and the shower worked well. Our room had two windows for maximum daylight and it opened for sufficient ventilation. As we were in a busy high street the room didn't have a great view! Overall we got a good value deal for 3 nights! Many nice restaurants and shops nearby. Also Southall station is about 20 minutes walking distance from our hotel!"

"When booking this hotel, the descripting said "microwave and refrigerator in room".
Also "access to the communal kitchen" was mentioned. I chose this hotel specifically because I needed a microwave and a refrigerator IN MY ROOM.
It was a big disappointment to arrive and check in and not to find microwave or refrigerator in my room. The "communal kitchen" was there as promised but it was rather dirty, not well maintained, not convenient to use.
The staff was very friendly and helpful....

"Sadly would not come back.
My allocated room already had someone in it when I tried to get in. Give the staff their dues, they moved me to another room straight away.
I was told free parking on site, we received a parking ticket for the time we were there.
Still waiting an explanation "

"Lovely hotel but has seen better days. In need of refurbishment. The A/C in our room was very weak & the shower was broken. The room was really spacious & very comfortable bed. Unfortunately our room overlooked the railway line which obviously increased the noise levels. The staff were very friendly & competent. The pool area wasn't particularly clean & the men's steam room wasn't working."

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "We stayed in room 922, while a lovely spacious quiet room, there were a few issues. Green flashing light above bed, which goes off all through the night. Asked reception 3 times to sort, eventually they covered this. The access door to the room, whenever opened it made a air sooking noise that we could hear - staff/guests opened this door for no reason. It would be good if a sign was on saying no access etc. We had to ask for the tea/coffee/milk to be replenished as it was not done so...

"The hotel was walking distance from the underground and one stop to the O2 arena if you are watching concert. It is nearby to some restaurant and shopping stores underground.
The staff are very helpful. There is a kettle in the room and water. We had a good night sleep. Good for overnight stay."

"Everything was amazing clean well maintained room. Amazing staff especially Masood who helped us with our room and answered our questions. Very comfortable bed, especially coffee machine in the room was an amazing treat for someone like myself that drinks espresso first thing in the morning.
