It was a pleasant stay indeed. However the carpet needs to be changed. It was pretty much worn out. The bathroom was clean and the 2nd floor room is highly recommended."

"When booking this hotel, the descripting said "microwave and refrigerator in room".
Also "access to the communal kitchen" was mentioned. I chose this hotel specifically because I needed a microwave and a refrigerator IN MY ROOM.
It was a big disappointment to arrive and check in and not to find microwave or refrigerator in my room. The "communal kitchen" was there as promised but it was rather dirty, not well maintained, not convenient to use.
The staff was very friendly and helpful....

"Sadly would not come back.
My allocated room already had someone in it when I tried to get in. Give the staff their dues, they moved me to another room straight away.
I was told free parking on site, we received a parking ticket for the time we were there.
Still waiting an explanation "

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "The stay at the hotel was good but the receptionist when checking in wasn’t helpful or polite! I had requested a twin room and that hadn’t been allocated and when I called down the receptionist said there was no guarantee of a twin! There are only 12 in the hotel and they were booked!
On a second occasion of approaching reception the receptionist was very helpful!"
