It was a pleasant stay indeed. However the carpet needs to be changed. It was pretty much worn out. The bathroom was clean and the 2nd floor room is highly recommended."

"When booking this hotel, the descripting said "microwave and refrigerator in room".
Also "access to the communal kitchen" was mentioned. I chose this hotel specifically because I needed a microwave and a refrigerator IN MY ROOM.
It was a big disappointment to arrive and check in and not to find microwave or refrigerator in my room. The "communal kitchen" was there as promised but it was rather dirty, not well maintained, not convenient to use.
The staff was very friendly and helpful....

"Sadly would not come back.
My allocated room already had someone in it when I tried to get in. Give the staff their dues, they moved me to another room straight away.
I was told free parking on site, we received a parking ticket for the time we were there.
Still waiting an explanation "

"It is a pod hotel after all so the space will be small. That being said, the experience was great. Very clean and well maintained. The check in experience was as simple as scanning a qr code and you are in. There are lockers for storing luggage which is helpful if you want to check out but still need to do stuff in town. Secure lock on the pod and secure locked doors for the hotel and pod section as well. Best of all it is right next to the Elizabeth line station so travel from the airport is...

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. "Brilliant staff and services. It was my first time staying here. Will definitely be visiting again. Very accommodating. "Room was very small for 3 people including the shower. We ran out of amenities like toilet paper and tissues instantly. Not to mention fire alarm went off at 4am and front desk did not answer. On the other hand, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The location was good and walkable to the big ben and london eye though."

"tiny rooms for the price. Which is fine but their staff was terrible. I requested them multiple times during my 3 day stay to clean my room. They did not do it once!!! They offered me to replace my towels and then no one turned up! This was after I complained about their service. I am never coming back to their property and will recommend the same to my colleagues, team members, and friends."
