It was a pleasant stay indeed. However the carpet needs to be changed. It was pretty much worn out. The bathroom was clean and the 2nd floor room is highly recommended."

"When booking this hotel, the descripting said "microwave and refrigerator in room".
Also "access to the communal kitchen" was mentioned. I chose this hotel specifically because I needed a microwave and a refrigerator IN MY ROOM.
It was a big disappointment to arrive and check in and not to find microwave or refrigerator in my room. The "communal kitchen" was there as promised but it was rather dirty, not well maintained, not convenient to use.
The staff was very friendly and helpful....

"Sadly would not come back.
My allocated room already had someone in it when I tried to get in. Give the staff their dues, they moved me to another room straight away.
I was told free parking on site, we received a parking ticket for the time we were there.
Still waiting an explanation "

"The pod was clean and very comfortable. The lounge area was good and the staff very helpful. I really liked the shower cubicles and ironing facilities.
I found this hotel a little noisier that the other place, there was a chap yelling at 11pm and slamming doors."

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "Conveniently located near the train and tube. Clean and cozy room. Really cozy. Two things irked me. I was charged £15 for early check in. Either my room is ready or it’s not. It was but I was charged extra. I was also charged to store our luggage after we checked out. We had an afternoon train to another destination but stored our luggage until then. Most hotels offer these services free."
