"A good enough spacious room with a comfy double bed, suitable wardrobe and a nice desk. The bathroom was quite clean and the shower worked well. Our room had two windows for maximum daylight and it opened for sufficient ventilation. As we were in a busy high street the room didn't have a great view! Overall we got a good value deal for 3 nights! Many nice restaurants and shops nearby. Also Southall station is about 20 minutes walking distance from our hotel!"

"Sadly would not come back.
My allocated room already had someone in it when I tried to get in. Give the staff their dues, they moved me to another room straight away.
I was told free parking on site, we received a parking ticket for the time we were there.

"When booking this hotel, the descripting said "microwave and refrigerator in room".
Also "access to the communal kitchen" was mentioned. I chose this hotel specifically because I needed a microwave and a refrigerator IN MY ROOM.
It was a big disappointment to arrive and check in and not to find microwave or refrigerator in my room. The "communal kitchen" was there as promised but it was rather dirty, not well maintained, not convenient to use.
The staff was very friendly and helpful....

"We were not told that the hotel would be a building site with no internal lounges, social space, bar or reception available . Only options were to exit the buildings and go through side maintenance access and stairs. Shocking we were not advised of this at the time of booking. Also the builders appeared to be working through to 8pm. The noise did not affect us but the fore court being used as a builders lot was pretty poor . "Although our room was very small, it worked for us for the 8 nights of our stay. We are grateful to the staff who immediately took care of the few requests we made ( wash cloths, ice, and extra towels). Since the room was so small we would have benefitted from having 1-2 hooks to hang towels and a soap dish in the shower. We also let them know the shower clogged after 1-2 minutes in the shower."

"This property is amazing. The location is perfection. There are great theaters within walking distance. When we were there, Hamilton and wicked were both playing.
