My allocated room already had someone in it when I tried to get in. Give the staff their dues, they moved me to another room straight away.
I was told free parking on site, we received a parking ticket for the time we were there.

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "The room is very small but had a window (opened(!) a crack) and overlooked the park across the street. I stayed in The Roost which was a perfect size for me; a solo traveller. The front desk staff was helpful upon check-in and assisted with the “keyless” entry. Please be aware that seniors need a little extra time to process the technology!
