the room was clean upon entering. staff was attentive and friendly. if you do park there be prepared to walk just a little bit from the parking lot to the hotel which is across the street. the room itself was much smaller in the picture but i didn’t mind since i was solo traveling. also the pillows ...

The Whitehall Houston
The room was looking patched up. Older and it looks like things were glued together. It was disappointing for the price. The staff was helpful.

Hilton Houston Plaza/Medical Center
Good stay for price and location. The room was fairly clean except shower, which was an easy fix. AC worked well and was turned on for check in. The staff were excellent.
