"The room itself was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and overall it was clean-ish though definitely very basic. Unfortunately the walls seem extremely thin because we could hear the neighbors’ TV all night long. The bigger issue was the bathroom door handle being missing. I noticed it, but didn’t realize it also meant I could potentially get trapped inside. My boyfriend stepped out to run an errand while I was showering, and I ended up stuck in the bathroom unable to open the door. It was honestly pretty frightening and gave full-on murder movie vibes. I tried to find staff before we left to let someone know, but nobody was at the desk. Definitely something that needs to be repaired immediately for guest safety."

"This would be my second time staying at Sonesta and enjoyed very much so I made it a point that I would stay again. We enjoyed 2 nights and found the room top notch . I can’t leave out to mention the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I visit Denver at least once a year and I know I will definitely be staying here again:)"
