"No wardrobe. 6 hangers for 2 of us , we came for a black tie gala. Tuxedo ball gowns etc. Bathroom door is a sliding glass, with large opening, so no privacy. Shower has low pressure , hard to shower, forget about washing your hair. Drain.is flat, junk stays at your feet when showering. 2 tiny drowers under the small fridge for our small clothes BreakfastOverpriced. selfserve $28 Buffet, with dried-out limited food ! plus expect tip on that? Charged us $9 for a bottle of water ! after we chevjed out which we did not even consume..When I asked about this I was told in a strict email how they took it very seriously to charge people and they paid. Like we were some thieves trying to get away with a bottle of water. We are doctors, can afford to pay $9 but a higher level hospitality business would realise the importance of good customer service. They won $9 but lost customers. We travelo to DC often for meetings Not to this place again."

"The breakfast had good options. The room could have been cleaner. The bathroom needed updating lots of rust on the door and the faucets were loose in the bathtub. The pool area needs to be better maintained. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing Jose and Debbie the best customer service ever!!"
