"Location of the hotel was great, easy to get around. The only problem was, the hotel is next to a railway, and you could hear some train noise. The noise was there but not that bad, I could still sleep. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious.. living room is kind of small. Cleaness could be better, we found stain on one of the bed’s linen. Other than that, it was clean."

"Room was a bit dirty and the blinds didn't work properly and neither did the internet. There are better hotels at this price point."

"Very clean, decent size room central to the city. If you're sensitive to noise, there's a lot of street noise, the soundproofing in the room isn't great, and there were weird noises in the room that I wasn't sure was the AC or plumbing. There would be random smells of either smoke or sewage sometimes. The view wasn't great because I was on the first floor. The stay itself wasn't bad just not amazing."

"Chic and affordable hotel in a central location. The entry under an overpass is a bit off putting and gives the lobby a bunker feel but setting that aside it’s a decent hotel"

"We stayed here for the location, the room having a small kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The hotel is needing some renovation, the shower was in the bath and water went everywhere, the soap dispensers were empty in the shower and it seemed they did not have replacements. Having said that the room was a good size, looked out on the river towards Crown. It had parking which we needed. It’s also a little noisy from the trams and trains running in the road where the room looked out on."

"Long time returning guest to this hotel and notice the Customer Service has dropped tremendously. Disappointed with the room check-in and the poor excuses on the Wifi performance considering this is a 5 star hotel."

"Perfect hotel. excellent for staying and enjoying entertainment. You can spent all day in this hotel, gambling at casino, shopping and eating. All in one building. Near cbd, southbank..just walking a while. The best hotel, want to back again"
