"Did a late-check in which was difficult to organise on the day (search for the hotel for contact details, the number on Expedia just rings out) however after-hours security can get you in with booking number, ID and credit card ($200 deposit).
2-ply toilet paper was really disappointing after the impression the lobby made.
Short walk from public transport and amenities. Would recommend if this was cheaper than the $230ish we paid p/night."

"I arrived from interstate late at night. I contacted staff after hours and was immediately assisted in accessing the hotel and locating my room tokens from the safe. The staff were most helpful and, as an elderly man travelling alone, I was most impressed by the courteous assistance that I was given."

"I like the location, room conditions is ok. However the room needs maintenance, the toilet light was flickering and turn off on its own. The shower handle popped out in the middle of showering for my little one. The on suite shower room is low is height, I have to bend my head to suit a fix shower head which is less than 1.8m. If I stand and stretch my arm, I hit the ceiling with my hand, I am not sure why the shower room height is that short possibly about 1.85-1.90cm. There’s no fan inside the...

"Perfect place for one night away with our kids. We ended up having dinner there as we got 4 drinks vouchers at check-in. Free breakfast buffet was a hit as we stayed here before departing on an international flight. Only 25min from Coolangatta airport away. It was perfect for us. "On arrival at 2.05pm we had to wait over 20 minutes to check in as there was no receptionist and a big queue formed. No apology was offered and the receptionist started chatting to the woman in front about what she was going to do during her stay, read the room! Internet was dreadful despite it being promoted. Shower gel in the wall mounted container dribbled out slowly.
Bed was comfortable but the room was very dated."
