"When I got to my hotel, I did not expect to have to pay for parking. And they use a QR code, which I assume would be confusing for many travelers. When I went to leave in the morning, I had a ticket on my car because they have not updated my license plate correctly. I also had trouble with the Wi-Fi, it would not connect. And when I tried to turn on the television, it would not come on, and the bottom was falling out. They transferred me to a different room, which was nice, but it was difficult to lock the door in my new room, it was not stocked with towels, and the water would not get very hot."
