"This hotel is conveniently positioned halfway between the Wimbledon and South Wimbledon train stations. Good restaurant for breakfast or dinner. We have stayed multiples times and like it. Has a new feel to decor but my only reservation is the carpets need cleaning throughout, especially in the stairwells. "

"Lovely room, parking. It is in quieter part of Greater London but some nice restaurants about. Ideal for bushy parkrun about 25 min walk to start line About half an hour walk from hotel to Hampton court and then beyond that there’s bars and restaurants. Recommend Sakura Yakiniku restaurant."

"As soon as you enter the hotel you are met with a very fresh and clean aroma which continues throughout. Very comforting. The reception staff were very polite and friendly on arrival and throughout our stay. "Nice, clean, well presented, and warm room and very pleasant staff. Balham has lots of options for dining, feels safe and is easy to get to, especially by the tube. The guest house is only a short walk (approximately 10 minutes) from Balham centre and tube. I have stayed here previously and will definitely use again."
