"Our favourite London apartment hotel. Exceptionally friendly staff, well equipped rooms, clean and conveniently located. Our room was more expensive than usual due to time of year between Christmas and New Year. Unusually, the fridge wasn't as spotlessly clean on our arrival as we are used to here, and the dishwasher smelled unpleasant and had broken parts inside it. The decorative "pool" underneath the apartment windows looked unusually grubby, as if in need of maintenance "

He was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and lovely, such a great asset to the team. The facilities are stunning, especially my room was beautiful, unique art design with a fantastic views of the city. I had an incredible night at the Seabird rooftop with a special warm atmosphere. The complimentary mini bar is a nice touch and staff asked multiple times if we needed anything further. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. Great location for Tower Bridge and Borough Market and central enough to get to other areas like Covent Garden without too much trouble. "
