"This hotel is in need of a renovation! The carpet in the rooms is so old it felt dirty. The number on the Hotel call list at the airport didn’t work so I called the number listed with the hotel name on the board. Got an answering machine that apparently no one listens to… finally looked up the hotel number through google on my phone to get the front desk. Waited over a hour for the courtesy van. I could have walked there in less than 30 min."

"When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 "

"The staff were friendly and nice. The room was mediocre. The hairdryer did not work and was rusty. The room lacked a safety lock mechanism. The toilet tank top was cracked. The windows were thin and noise from the freeway could be heard all night. But I did choose budget and this was definitely lower end budget. The staff however were wonderful. Very nice and welcoming."

"Clean room with a strong, responsive air conditioner and no smoke smell. The space feels recently renovated - fresh paint, new LVP floors, and a solid set of amenities (fridge, microwave, ironing board, TV, etc.). Pillows were comfortable and the beds, while on the softer side, did the job after a long day. The lighting is where the room shows its age. The rotary light switches are functional but feel dated, and one required tightening before it would work. The bulbs give off a cool, clinical...
