"For the price, it was pretty good! Perfect location for Universal-which they shuttle to! We usually ubered home as we usually close down the park. The beds were comfortabe, the AC cold, and free breakfast! Will definitely be back!"

"This property is best bang for your buck if you’re trying to experience Universal Studios, Orlando. I travelled with my wife and 2 daughter 7 and 9 years old. This was by far the best family trip we have ever had. The rooms are super clean, updated nice, staff is top notch. Water taxi right to the parks is 5 minutes and beautiful for pics etc on the way. You have to eat at the water tavern the place is well priced and the food is incredible . It’s attached to the resort! I’d only have one small complaint and that is the Dutch restaurant is quite expensive for on the go food. The pool is amazing as well. Overall this is a 9 out of 10 for us! We will be back! My main recommendation is to order DoorDash to save money on on the go food prices and drinks. For the expense can get out of hand over 7 days! It takes 10-20 minutes to setup and order. They meet you right at the front many families did it so don’t feel odd or cheap to do it. It’s just smart plain and simple. I highly highly recommend staying here as I said this was our best family trip ever!!"

"Absolutely love staying here! Very kid friendly, lots to do. If you get tired of roaming the hotel, with your room key you can go to the other universal hotels and get access to their pools and restaurants. There’s constant shuttles to City Walk until 2 AM! They take you and bring you back to the hotel. Room service is great, good service great food! No complaints "
