"Great service and safe place to stay"

"Clean hotel. Had 2 bedroom queen beds. Received only one face towel, 2 bath towels. Went to the desk to ask for more, the man said “are you sure?” That there wasn’t more towels in the room. It was 3 of us all together. I would think if getting 2 queen beds that towels for 4 people would be ideal. He also said that he had no house keeping to get me more towels but ending up “finding” more towels. Clean hotel but make sure rooms have the appropriate amount of towels for guests"

"When I got there, they told me I had canceled my room through Expedia. I had not. They cancelled my room because I selected a room that they did not have at this location."
