"One of the best hotels I have stayed at in awhile. From the amenities, the staff, proximity to activities, it had so much to offer. Check in was a breeze even though the hotel was packed at my time of arrival. The valet had their work cut out for them with all those guests but they really were working hard to keep things flowing. I really look forward to another stay here if I’m ever back in the area."

"The AC in our room was leaking on the floor. I informed the front desk and they were able to move us to a new room. They thanked me for bringing it to their attention. They overall cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms were very good. I appreciated the breakfast and the fitness area but both were somewhat lacking. The coffee was good but not hot and I really enjoy a fresh hot cup of coffee in the morning. Overall our stay was great and I would stay here again and recommend this hotel."

"Wouldn't stay in this dump. No wi-fi on the top floors, needed maintenance to regulate room temperature, neither TV worked, and no hot water for the morning shower!!!!"

"Staff was horrible and room was absolutely disgusting. Roaches everywhere and if we didn't have nowhere else to go we would have left but the guy at the desk said we were just going to have to deal. Found socks and crusty coins everywhere "

"Couch had stains on it and my mother-in-law‘s phone got stolen. They threw my daughter‘s bathing suits away after we forgot them."

"All staff were very welcoming. We were able to check in early which is always a plus. Bathroom and bedroom very clean. It was very quiet. We certainly would stay again when attending the North Texas Irish Festival."
