Went to front desk and it was returned to me after being able to provide details of phone physical description and lockscreen picture. Be Gold In my bathroom the shower head had no solid fixture and was just hanging from shower curtain. I dont know if the difference is being a gold member and being in 4th floor like my friend because his was on a solid fixture. "

"We requested a mobility accessible room, and when we arrived they had given us a room without the accommodations due to a slight issue with the heater, but was not notified prior or upon arrival. They did switch us back to the original room, but also the first room they gave us was very disgusting- Floors stained, finger stains/smudges on the sheets, appliances/furnishings falling off the wall, etc. And the bathroom had no inner door knob.
