"Upon arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome and friendly conversation by the front desk attendant Chris. After checking in we went to the room which was very clean and comfortable with ample space. After heading down to retrieve our luggage (which was a lot of luggage and toys that were overbearing after a week at Disney) I asked Chris for a trolley to bring up the luggage on a single trip, He said unfortunately there were none available at the moment. "Room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and made sure we knew about the breakfast the next morning which was great! It was a 1 night stay after a cruise and really didn’t use the pool. Beach view nice but the pier nearby was not friendly. Would not even allow a water bottle on our walk."

"The lady at the front desk was extremely energetic and gave us all the info on breakfast, etc. The room was clean but the a/c was loud. The bathroom was clean but had hairs in several places, we didn’t have any face cloths, just hand and bath towels."

"Nice hotel. Close to Kennedy space center. Got a room with a water view to see the launch months in advance, got there early to get a good room and ended up with a low room and had to go outside to see the launch. Music from the pool was also so loud so ask for a room not by the pool. Clean and comfortable to sleep."
