"Loved rhe pool and hot tub. Need to fix you hot tub jets. Bigger towels in the pool. More comfortable top cover on bed,was kinda ruff. Coffee was terrible. Complimentary water would have been nice. Used the mini fridge and it froze everything inside."

"The rooms were very clean and nicely renovated. Our first night was sleepless due to the noisy ventilation system in our room. In the morning we shared our experience with the hotel clerk. She was apologetic and quickly gave us a different room which was a slight upgrade and arranged a ‘no charge’ for the inconvenience. "Our room was NOT clean, the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed for a long time and the kitchen floor was sticky and full or crumbs. The bedding was clean, and I was thankful for that. We booked a room with a kitchenette, but when we looked through the cupboards so we could prepare our supper there wasn’t a single pot or pan. There were only 4 eating utensils in the kitchen. "Our room was my very clean, there was literally dirt piles in the corners behind the bathroom door. The towels are stained and need some bleach or replaced. The duvet on the bed had dirt on it like it wasn’t changed or cleaned. Gross! The continental breakfast was also poor. The eggs had been boiled in a slow cooker it seems overnight, the yolks were more grey than yellow, and rubbery. There was no milk for cereal or tea, and not many options. Wouldn’t stay here again."
