"Had to check in at a different property that was nearby. Once we figured all that out, the staff was super helpful and friendly and gave us tips on places to go and see while we were there. Enjoyed our room too. Cozy, comfortable and near historic sites, which we loved!"

"The location near Plaza Moyua is perfect for the airport bus and getting down to Bilbao Old Town. Nice and quiet at night even though its central location. I would stay here again if need be. Althought the check in was really slow for whatever reason I will never know. The check out was worse. Even though we could show that the booking was fully paid for the guy was adament that we had not paid even though the credit card digits matched what was on our booking.
