"Beautiful converted convent recently refurbished to a high standard. Simple rooms with high quality bedding and towels.. Bottled water was provided as well as toiletries. Breakfast was good value and the lounges comfortably furnished and beautifully decorated The staff were very friendly and helpful . The hotel is just a few minutes from the town with bars and restaurants and a few metres from the botanic garden and castle viewpoint . "

"Stayed here while doing the Camino de Santiago. Lovely, cozy room with the bare necessities. It has a microwave in the lobby kitchen, which comes in so handy to heat a tortilla from the nearby supermarket."

"Room was very comfortable and bathroom was spacious. Fantastic breakfast and perfect location. Would have been nice to know they were under construction and remodeling before arriving. Also, a check-in was not told anything about the property so the staff could be a little bit more proactive and welcoming to the property with more information for guest. "

"Atmospheric quirky hotel. Retains convent feel. Nice staff; good restaurant at night. Note it doesn’t do breakfast but good cafe nearby. No reception before noon. Good base for Bilbao - on commuter line to central station , one hour trip with regular trains ."

"This place was kinda weird. it seems like a place for people who are traveling. The best thing about it was that there is a laundry in the basement, so you don’t have to sit and wait in a laundry mat. The room had a Murphy bed that, when pulled out, had almost no room to get out to use the bathroom in the night. The mattress was quite comfortable.It had a microwave and fridge - like a tiny kitchen with a sink. Bathroom shower was fine. But it felt like a place possible for people hiking The...
