"Deben mejorar el Bufé, pides huevos fritos y te dicen no lo hacemos y deben mejorar la variedad del desayuno, el café es pésimo en la maquina y la habitacion la ducha sin privacidad teníamos que salir de la habitacion para que se bañara la señora que iba con nosotros porque del cuarto se ve la ducha"

"Great hotel! Rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Only stayed one nice but a great location for old town and museums etc We checked in at 11 am which is amazing"

"Everything was great, except for the slope in the shower was almost non existent and the water got everywhere in the bathroom. We did not reserve an ADA room, but that is what we got. Totally recommend this place except for the ADA room."

"Dissapointed the pool wasn't opened on such a beautiful warm day. The young man who served the beers and coffee was very helpful and professional. The carpets in the room were quite badly stained but e wee bit of refurbishment it would be 5s all the way."

"The hotel and the room assigned to me were clean. The staff were nice and helpful. The airport shuttle was also very helpful when picking me up and dropping me off to bilbao airport. I did not have breakfast there. The distances between the airport and hotel, as well as bilbao downtown to the hotel were short. It cost me $12-15 / Uber trip."
