"Very raggedy looking for $68-70 for a room. The lady at check in asked me to give her $10 for a non smoking room then when I told her I paid online she said oh it doesn’t say it online but I need $10 deposit because people try to keep the key but I refused because it should state any fees online, she was rude. She gave me a room and it smelled Smokey even had an ash tray in there also the bathroom door had a hole in it. I took a video when I first walked in for proof. Would not recommend this...

"I checked in and immediately checked out. When I walked into the room, it smelled mildewy and like smoke they had cracks in the ceiling and in the wall, the head bugs the headboard had handprints on them. The bed covers had stains on them, the table head nail they had a bar of You soap in the tub. The police were called to the property because of a fight and a customer they did not want to leave their own. They only had one receptionist at the front desk. "The hotel is extremely clean and enjoyed our stay. There was no breakfast but ha a coffee maker in room. Very reasonable prices that seemed too good to be true but it was. Very happy!"

"The Hotel stay includes access to the separate health club. The Trellis spa is a separate business— they offer excellent services but not access to health club. If you book a hotel stay note that you can go to Trellis spa only if you are getting services there. The website does not make this clear."
