"We had one of the largest rooms. This property is close to everything. The brothers that own it are very nice and will help to arrange transportation and offer advice on places to eat and visit if you ask. The complimentary minibar was a nice surprise after a walk from the bus station. The courtyard is nice too. Despite being in the centre of town the room was quiet. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again if visiting Taormina."

"Staff were amazing. Helpful, friendly, The room was beautiful, the pool lovely. Unfortunately, the water was shut off for all of our last night (no warning) . Still no water in the morning - no shower- no face wash. Staff said it was the city. I think they should have adjusted our bill to somehow compensate for this major inconvenience. "

We tried to turn the air conditioning on, but they have the air-conditioning shut off. The only option was heat. They told us to open the window. We were right by the street so that really wasn’t great but it was the only option. We realized the problem is actually that the bathroom smelled funky. "My husband and I both loved this beautiful hotel. From the time we were checked in by the lovely Ada, until the sad time when we had to leave. The hotel is lovely and the views are breathtaking. Our room was great and had a large terrace that looked out at Mt. Etna and the coastline below. Walter was great at driving us into town and back, as well as being informative about the area. "It has great views and staffs very polite room clean as well. But no amenities and only give out one bottle water upon arrival just ridiculous for me . One bottle water they charge 4.5 euros!"
