"Awesome breakfast spread…wasn’t interested in the mimosas but real nice touch! Very clean, well appointed room, friendly check in and beautiful common areas. Just so you know, we used to live right down the street from this establishment and were frequent visitors for their twice monthly jazz nights on thursdays…always excellent BTW, but obviously never stayed in the hotel proper …not disappointed and highly recommend…we will be back"

"The rooms are really nice and I loved having the kitchen too. There’s plenty of space in the room and there’s also a nice big closet. The breakfast was very good also. The staff is amazing, they are so friendly and helpful."

"I had a pleasant stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Charleston/West Ashley. The hotel was nice overall, and the breakfast was satisfactory, although it could have offered a little more variety. One issue that should be addressed is the musty smell in the hallway leading to my room. This detracted from the overall experience and may indicate a ventilation or moisture problem. I hope the hotel investigates and takes care of it, as resolving this issue would make the stay more comfortable for future...

"The owner was very rude. The cleanliness of the hotel was very poor with roaches and smelled heavily of smoke. My eyes instantly burned and when I looked at the bed, there were bugs and stains all over the blankets and mattress. When I asked for a refund the manager Ignored me and was very unprofessional."

"This was the best best place to stay in Folly Beach hands down. It was next to the beach and within walking distance of all the shops and all the restaurants. The rooms were exceptionally clean and felt very cozy. It was way better than a soulless hotel room, you could feel the history in every plank of wood. In the morning while my wife and I were having coffee Wrigley came up to us to say hello."
