"This property has a wonderful location with a fantastic view of the water, marsh, and a beautiful marina. The view from the rooftop deck is truly stunning! The staff is fabulous, the breakfast is great, and the rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The only change we would make would be replacing the shower fixture with an alternative to the waterfall fixture to allow for more water pressure. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel itself was nice enough, but we complained to the front desk that housekeeping never came during our stay and they informed us it was by request only. So we requested housekeeping come by and they still never did. Other than that it was alright, and it was very quiet. Breakfast was nice."

"Room is a little outdated but was clean and comfortable. I am not a big fan of old carpets. The pool looked nice and clean. Breakfast was very good. Property well maintained. I didn't like the laundry area: outside and no place to seat."

"The Dunlin was an amazing stay (3 nights was perfect). Things that stood out were 1) how friendly and helpful the staff were 2) the decor and overall feel of the place 3) the pool and amenities 4) the spa - great services at reasonable prices 5) the restaurants - food was incredible and many ingredients were from nearby farms, they were very accommodating to our 16-month old too. Overall, it was a great place to spend a few days relaxing away from our busy lives with our little family."

"We loved a one night stay at Riverside cottages. We were there for a graduation from college of Charleston. And our whole family had a beach house at Folly Beach so we decided to just rent one of the bedrooms in the cottages. It was very pleasant. Everything was clean a good night sleep. The bed was comfortable. The next morning was a great surprise.
