"Lobby reception was amazing. When one of our guests needed a disposable razor, the receptionist came all the way up to our room to deliver a razor and shaving cream. Room service for cleaning was on-and-off: they left a “we honored your no-privacy sign” card on our door and did not clean our room despite us not leaving a no-privacy sign on."

"Everything was as described. Hotel is easy to find, has plenty of parking, and is reasonably well maintained. Breakfast was a bit loud and chaotic, but the staff did try to keep the hot food full... Other options were cereal, yogurt, waffles, toast, pastries, oatmeal packets, juice, milk and coffee. 1 elevator for the whole building, so you might wait if you're on a higher floor. "My mother and I were super excited to spend a weekend away for mother's Day in Stillwater. Especially at this hotel that was close to downtown , the river and had a rooftop bar and restaurant. However, the restaurant was not open or serving food on the rooftop and the bar was open, though the bartender didn't know how to make simple drinks. My mother ordered a bloody Mary and it was horrible! Just tasted like tomato juice and celery salt. No olives, cheese, celery or a beef stick to go with it....
