"When we arrived we had some payment issues with the taxi. The kind man at the front desk personally walked me to an ATM and when that ATM didn’t work he walked me to another one. Then walked us back to hotel and rolling our bags with him. He was as very gracious and we appreciated his help very much. The room and the restaurant were both wonderful too. This place is just outside the old city walls and easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Everything has a feeling of quality. Location is good, on a quiet pedestrianised street about 10 minutes walk from the ferry port, front and old town. Our room was spacious and very nicely furnished with a comfortable bed, supportive pillows and plenty of room in the bathroom. All the staff were welcoming and very helpful too, particularly in helping to get my wife’s glasses mended.
