"Location. I think of locations as two things. First proximity to the ferry, train and bus station. House Sandra is within minutes of the Split Riva and the Diocletian Palace as well as great restaurants, the beach, and the old town. Secondly, location is the neighborhood, which goes back centuries with stone houses and a network of alley ways for strolling through with beautiful architecture and friendly locals. "Very nice accommodation and nice breakfast.
All the staff were friendly and helpful.
We went from the 10th October and had nice weather and swam in the sea. However the beach bar and outdoor pool had closed, shortly after arrival.
So for some late sun, I would recommend late September, first weel of October to get the full use of facilities."

"The self check-in instructions provided by the staff were clear and very easy to follow. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location is excellent - you can walk to the center of the old town in about 7 minutes.
There is a parking lot just up the street from the building (less than 2 minutes walk). It is very busy, but if you can find a spot the rates are very cheap (I paid about 5 euros for a 3 day stay)."
