"Clean room a staff was friendly. The had complimentary water and cookies which was nice. They didn’t have a full oven in the room but you can request a burner for your kitchen and they will bring it up. Otherwise, no complaints. "

Even though I did not bring it to the front desk attention, I had cereal Saturday morning and two yogurts and was violently sick after 45 minutes to an hour the rest of the day Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to the next morning, And ruined my whole Saturday trip to Dallas but Staff was nice though"

"Great staff and Nice room. Front rooms are very noisy. Ask for back rooms away from highway. Only one of the two elevators we’re working creating issues during rush times. Also the pool is being repaired yet website fails to mention this fact."

"I had to clean the room when I got in. The office chair had streaks of a white substance all over it. Hand prints in the walls. Couch cushions were even dirty. I got an accessible room and the shower chair was so rusty it took two people to get it down. The room smelled thick of cigarette smoke."

"We had an issue with our room. Lee went above and beyond to get it fixed and make sure our stay was wonderful. A representative like her makes a very big difference in if we will return or not. We will be back in 2 weeks. And now have a favorite place to stay when in the area. Breakfast on Sunday morning was delicious and everything was kept restocked. I didnt get the name of the great lady that made that happen bit she did an incredible job as well. "
