"Overall a very beautiful hotel. Room’s were nice at the surface, but our toilet wasn’t working properly. Then, maintenance left all their tools in the room after they’d finished fixing it and when we tried notifying a staff member that was in the hallway, he just told us he wasn’t part of that crew so he couldn’t help. Had higher expectations. Have had a better experience at Swan and Dolphin."

"The only thing saving this hotel is its location, literally being next door to Disney Springs, which is the main reason we chose to stay here in the first place. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing and could easily pass as a motel. The rooms are outdated, and the only charging options available were USB ports, which are no longer practical in 2026. The room also did not feel properly sanitized upon arrival. "Rooms are very spacious and clean. Property is well maintained and clean plus they have a friendly staff. Sadly the only restaurant (pizza place) they have was closed during our visit so there were no food options besides the little market corner they have with snacks. Other than that is great and I’m planning on visiting again!"

"Bed was uncomfortable for the price of this resort. Would recommend cleaning the pool/lazy river of debris, otherwise nice Hilton decor."

"This was a very nice resort, the room was outstanding and very spacious. The pool area was a vibe and the music wasn’t too loud either. The room service chicken Caesar salad was definitely worth the price. We also prefer for the big sports bar and the food was amazing , try the Alfredo pasta , pot stickers and the Philly sandwich. The resort was nice and it will be our new Orlando stay going forward."
