The room seemed recently renovated but unfortunately with crappy ikea ish furniture - missing handles, broken cabinet doors, scratches on the floor, no full length mirror, only one mirror in the bathroom. The bathroom was clean which was lovely! No mold in sight. We had a 1 room suite and there is only an AC in the bedroom area so you have to leave the bedroom door open all the time and turn on the little fan to...

"The A/C was not working. The battery in the smoke detector was was chirping and needed replaced. When I checked out no one was at the front desk to address these issues."

"The property is very outdated and in much need of renovation. Doors are so old that is dirty and you can hear people while walking in hallway. Carpet is very dirty and doesn’t look like it was vacuumed or cleaned for very long times. Staff were ok and helpful."

"The B&B was located in Lancaster and not Lititz like we thought but that was ok because we had already seen everything in Lititz. The owners were very nice. We enjoyed sitting and talking with them when we got there. Everything was so nice and the food was very good!"

"Night admitter was rather rude. Wasn't sure if he was just having a bad night. The rest of the staff was friendly. The Breakfast was adequate for a small meal, but mainly just waffles/pastries and yogurt/ fruit/cereal. Too cold to use the pool, the coffee machine was the highlight."

"This delightful hotel is well-located, has ample parking and an excellent restaurant next door. It is in a restored brick factory building whose large wooden supports and high ceilings are a nice touch with very comfortable mattresses, cozy, high-quality bedding and a very nice breakfast buffet. The art in each room and on walls of the building is lovely and can be purchased. We plan to return in future to this memorable, well-run facility and dine at the special restaurant."
