"The hotel was clean in every place we went-- lobby, stairwell, hallways, and the room itself. The bed was comfortable, the thermostat was easy to work, and the window shade blocked out all the light. It's off the main roads, and even though there's a train track behind the property, the outside noise was minimal. The room was quiet, and even though there were strong odors in the hallway, emanating from other rooms, they didn't travel into the room. Everything in the room was in good condition,...

"Updated recently, very clean. Comfortable bed. There is a $100 "deposit" put on a credit card and will be refunded after the room is checked. I'll be watching my card for the refund."

We immediately went and got the second key to hopefully prevent another encounter but this made us all uneasy because of what happened. This property did have amazing water pressure for showering but the heating and cooling wasn’t working properly in the room and that was all we could say good about this place. Way too...
