"We stayed for one night, also having dinner and breakfast. The room was lovely and clean, the dinner and breakfast were both freshly cooked and delicious. It was great to see the bar /restaurant buzzing with locals and others staying there. Staff were really helpful. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay and located well for exploring. "

"Bed was lovely nice linen .. basic facilities we paid a lot more then my friends £10 extra to take your dog .. shower was only hot for myself and cold for my partner same for my friend’s.. needed to find a toilet roll from downstairs as only half in the room which wasn’t quite ready at 3:40 .. ok for one night"

"Its an old thatched pub and the room shape and conditions reflect that - sloping floors and wonky walls but the bedding , towels etc were clean and fresh. Rooms are above the bar so not quiet until the pub closes. Pub downstairs is friendly and has a good atmosphere with plenty of choice behind the bar. They serve food but I didn't try any so can't comment on that. Reasonably large attached car park although theres no covered area or anything to chain a motorcycle to."

"I had a wonderful one night stay at the Coach Inn while passing through. The facilities at the inn are great and I would thoroughly recommend it. One comment for consideration the bedroom window was screwed shut in my room no 9, the room gets full sun making it hot with no air so it would be a major benefit to be able to open it for some fresh air, my suggestion would be to fit some stops instead of it being screwed shut so it could open say 8" or so. "The property met our needs well. They gave excellent communication about our arrival questions eforehand. Things to be aware. It's down a very long drive so best use sat nav to locate the turning. There isn't a bar as far as we could tell. More guest house than hotel, which is fine. Its minimally staffed at the front desk so best to call ahead if youre arriving late. Bed was comfortable but the wooden frame projects at the corners and both myself and my wife bashed our shins! A word of...
