Hotel murah di Spring Arbor

"Hot holiday weekend and we lost power due to a storm so we went to the hotel. Because of the holiday weekend and not heavily booked they had cut staff to allow people to enjoy the holiday with family. Then the storm hit and they were packed. As a result we couldn't check in at 4:00 we had to wait until 4:15, no big deal. The room was spotless. The hotel was spotless. Services were prompt. Breakfast in the morning took all of 10 minutes to prepare. A hot made to order off a menu meal, not...

"Overall, we did had a good stay. We did have one issue--the pullout couch's mattress cover had blood on it and another "mystery" stain--but the front desk gave us a new cover. Also, some minor repairs/touchups need to be done in the bathroom, but nothing critical. The other areas of the room were clean and general well maintained. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Desk person out front visiting, had to wait on her. Used soap and hair in shower, spiders in closet, iron scorched, sink cracked, wallpaper in bath not patched, carpet wet/damp."

"No one at desk. He was outside all time. People coming in and out leaving locked doors proped open . No ice bucket in room. Will not stay again there"

"Pluses: Huge room. Clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Minuses: No continental breakfast. Stupid uncomfortable furniture in room. Walk-in shower with no door -water sprays everywhere."

"Close to downtown Marshall, Mi. About 10 minutes from Firekkeeper's Casino and Hotel. Enjoyed delicious lunch at historic Win Schuler's restaurant which I highly recommend for lunch or dinner. We did not stay for complimentary bteakfast. Room very clean but felt only 2 washcloths inadequate for two persons in the room."

Carpet and bathroom floor was sticky Empty beer bottles and cans on patio Slider door was unlocked and dirty Tv microwave and fridge were unplugged Kids running up and down hallway People congregating around lobby entrance Still haven’t refunded my $25 deposit on room Lodge needs to be updated."

"We had a wonderful stay at this Hampton Inn! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had such a cozy, homey atmosphere from the moment we walked in. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything was well-maintained throughout our stay. We were in town visiting my husband's hometown, and this was the perfect place to stay. We'd definitely choose this hotel again the next time we're in the area!"

"Very helpful and friendly staff. Also the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! We didn’t use the pool but they have a nice indoor pool, WiFi, and the host at the front desk made me the most incredible cup of coffee when we checked in (I was exhausted and he could tell!) will definitely stay again when in the area."

"Check-in took forever and the attendant had a difficult time understanding English. The room was damp and dingy. The toilet obviously had not been cleaned or flushed, as waste was left in the toilet bowl. The coffee pot and the light could not be plugged in at the same time and were left unplugged, when a simple three way adapter would have solved the problem.
