"4 people working at the counter, the older woman with glasses did not like the appearance of me and my daughter. I paid for a non smoking room in my reservation and we still got thrown into a smoking room. breakfast waffle maker did not work, it wasn’t a good experience. the Hispanic gentleman that worked at the counter was the coolest one there. the people want nothing to do with you if you have melanin in your skin."

"Our room was a 2-queen room with a pull-out sofa for 5 people; it only had towels for 2. There was a beetle (I hope) in the bathtub. The shower handle didn't really work, and the bathroom was sooooo tiny. The beds were super firm. The common areas (stairs etc.) were filthy. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and the linens we DID have were clean, if scratchy."

"We have stayed here couple of times its always nice and clean , room keys where not working as usual our last stay it was tricky to open the room door or the pool not sure what was happening we did got new keys on the from desk but the problem was the same, we talk to our room neighbors and they say their room keys were doing the same so Not sure what happened this time. But besides that everything was perfect for what we wanted it , go to Hershey park , kids always love the road from the hotel...
