"Room was never cleaned. Trash everywhere , unmade bed, dirty towels on floor. Manager offered different room, but not the type we booked. Then got very rude when we requested an equal room as booked. If I wasn't so tired, things would have went very bad for him. Worst stay ever. "

When I checked in, the manager said they had just finished repairs to the water heating system and we should have hot water soon. Not! He then said if I did not have by my morning shower that he would allow me to shower in a vacant room. The next morning, no hot water!! Go to the office with my request, the person at the desk said he had no knowledge of this. So, I started my day with no shower. I feel I should receive at least a 50% refund of my payment, but I’m sure that will never happen. "

So booking this for a birthday present for my daughter thinking she could have some nice amenities was a very big disappointed. Also considering the price I payed to stay there. "What a nice upgrade for the complete hotel. New carpet, new beds, wallpaper, TV's etc, The dining area is gorgeous with a separate area to where the food is. There is still some work to be completed and the registration area is next. The decorations around the hotel for each holiday makes for a delightful experience. Like the new coffee machine."
