"We did have to ask for cups and an ice bucket and clean towels. Nicole at the front desk was very helpful when we ordered food. The best thing about the hotel was the streetcar that ran right by it and we were able to get around easily"

"We visited last weekend. The hotel was hosting a big event. Everyone was on separate floors, but you could not hear the hustle & bustle of people in the hallways from inside the room. Parking is under the building & a side lot. We parked in both & felt very safe & secure, which is very important to us. We did have the breakfast buffet. The hostess & our server were both very sweet, polite & attentive. We will definitely be back!"

"The staff was friendly. There is currently construction to fix things in the hotel but we were accommodated. The vending machine was empty and the ice machine barely worked."

"Clean room (a bit shabby—worn furniture) and AC was not working properly on arrival and door knob/handle was broken off the door in bathroom. Once reported fixed in a timely manner but was a hot night in the room due to poor AC."
