"The property was wore out and needs some updating and cleaning. Also checking in at 4:00 PM and the water park closing at 8:00 is absurd!!!!! We will not be returning"

"The location across from mall of America was amazing!! Has 2 great restaurants attached that got up on both and great food!!! Continental breakfast in morning had lots to choose from and had all the ad-ons to make it very yummy!!! If going for clean and very nice start to breakfast, and location to Mall of America that place is beyond!!! Couldn't believe how affordable it was being so close to shopping!!! But kinda huge drawback is they were way too busy to enjoy their pool or hot tub.... I'm big on swimming and relaxing in hot tub and well when finally got in at like 11pm there were dirty bubbles so jumped out and into pool right away....then hot shower immediately after... So if just want location and good breakfast it's beyond prime!!! :)"

"Parking onsite was easy. the hotel has very long hallways. Got my steps in! Very close to Mall of America. There is a shuttle to go there. Overall an excellent place for our meeting."
