"Our room never got cleaned"

"We have stayed at this hotel several times but it now is owned by Wyndham. They did renovate the guest rooms which seem larger and have more of a suite type feel but the one thing that really needs to be addressed is the lighting in the rooms. We had two rooms rented, both did not have any overhead lighting in the kitchenette area, living area and the sink area of the bathroom, just lamps throughout. Other than that, it is a nice place to stay, reasonably priced, we would definitely come...

"40 miles from St Paul; convenience to our event w/out the St Paul stay price. Right off the highway, but very quiet. Pool and hot tub operating when we had encountered previous places where the hot tub wasn't available. Continental breakfast was just enough. Just need better coffee, just not a great cup of coffee."

Desk clerk was extremely rude, did not listen when I was reporting an issue with the room- empty beer can left on bathroom towel rack in our 1st assigned room. 2nd room, bathroom door needed repair, bath faucet was so short, I couldn’t brush my teeth or wash hands without bumping back of dirty sink, and the sheets on my bed had large holes in them.
