"I've stayed here MANY times and every time is great honestly. My only real complaints this trip is that one of the elevators isnt functioning leaving 1 elevator for the entire hotel. It took a really long time to get up to our room or down to the pool or to leave. The other thing was the large group of school aged children constantly in the main lobby area making checking in or simply getting past them challenging. "For me entering a hotel a have welcoming staff it’s essential. It a great feeling to be greeted and answered all questions. I was amazed that the ladies at the front desk both speak Spanish. "We had a great stay at Baldwin Inn & Suites. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always. The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping. Our room was huge, giving us plenty of space to move around. The beds were very comfortable, and we slept great. The room was also clean. Overall, this hotel offered exactly what we needed for an affordable price. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area."

"Shops nearby, the staff was not helpful, don't ask for towels, pillows, quiet, police everywhere looking for people with warrents. It's endless. Wifi sucks, doesn't work for crap. TV was awful. It's cheap but not worth it. Specially when we got a king size bed with 3 flat pillows, it was my mother and I and he wouldn't give us any more pillows or give me any extra towels."
