"We were moved arbitrarily from LA Quinta to Echo. I chose LA Quinta from past experience and amenities. Echo didn't have toilet paper or Kleenex or hair dryer on arrival or breakfast service. For what I paid I was disappointed. Clean and new but very "plain jane"."

"Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were way to firm. No kitchen appliances were provided to be able to cook. Staff were helpful and respectful. Guest laundry room could of used better cleaning, bunch of lint stuck in the dryer."

"Room was great, clean, comfortable beds and couches, and well maintained with fully stocked kitchen and full size fridge. If you had to stay an extended time period, this layout was great for vacations. Unfortunately, we heard people partying when I was awakened around 1230am early Sunday morning, thought about calling the main desk but eventually the noise level went down around 130am. We had also wanted to enjoy their highly rated breakfast but found out when checking in that weekend breakfast...

"The room overall was excellent. The bed, bedding, A/C, and fridge made the room worth the price.
The issue with the room was the body wash gel dispenser was completely empty. If I knew for a fact the same individual that cleaned the room before we checked in was cleaning the room again after we checked out, I would not have left a tip.
The night check-in staff member (James?) had the warmth and personality of a prison guard. After we went to our room and we went back down to the lobby to...

"I was able to get a handicapped accessible room that was very nice. Had a large walk in shower with shower chair. Room was very clean and fresh smelling. Staff was very welcoming and breakfast was very good, eggs, meat, waffles, fruit, cereal, yogurt, juice , milk, coffee and really good biscuits and gravy! Website stated they had an outdoor pool and it was open in late October with our unseasonably warm weather, which our grandchildren were brave enough to get in and enjoy. Just a very nice...
