"The house was beautiful and very nice. It was a self check in and I did speak to one person as I was checking in who was also very nice. We stayed in the hotel part and the beds were very small. Plus side it was a quiet area and we were not disturbed. Air conditioning work great. Downside, we never saw another staff member accept when we checked in. No one was around anywhere. "Our room was surprisingly spartan. For a three day stay, there were two washcloths, two hand towels. Tiles in the bathroom were missing in places, broken in others. The carpeting was worm. "This property was at its worst for our stay. We booked the room more than 30 days in advance but they only notified us of the following problems 2 hours before we checked in.
