"The rooms are in need of a refresh. Mildew in the shower the shower pan was stained. All the switches and outlets were a brownish yellow. The toilet was very low and chipped at the bottom. The TV was at a weird angle I had to move it so I could actually watch TV. The store by reception had very few options. I only stayed 1 night."

"Very close to the hospital. And the staff was fantastic. One of the better breakfast buffets. The only thing was the room was a bit musty. Once you turned on the air it was ok. Would stay there again."

"We did not enjoy our staf here. The young guy working on the front desk was rude abd not accommodating. We are senior citizens. We didnt know there is no elevator in the hotel. The guy on the desk said we would gave to pay an extra $10.00 per night for a room on the main floor. We're on a fixed budget. The same guy couldnt even get me a few extra hangers i requested and said they had none! The hotel was almost empty so he could have gotten a few hangers from another room. On another occasion my husband went eownstairs to the main lobby to watch a hockey game and the same guy refused to turn off the light which was glaring on the tv. Tte room"

"This place is fantastic. We took in some live music and the kids enjoyed the pool. The facility that is attached to the hotel is pretty amazing and convenient as well. Can't wait to go back!"
