"The staff were particularly helpful. They were out of welcome cookies but told us to make sure to call back for them. Our request for a quieter room was accommodated. The room was immaculate, roomy and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had both bath and shower. Faultless."

"Overall if you are a dirtbag climber and just in sheffield for a quick trip this place totally gets the job done. Our biggest issues were that there was no shower curtain so the bathroom flooded when anyone showered, none of the bathrooms had soap, and overall just super limited amenities. Also the trash out front was absolutely overflowing and was all over the yard. Honestly would stay again in a pinch, just would come with lower expectations."

"Stayed here for a 1 night stay. What a lovely, well kept historic building. Checkin was quick, easy and very helpful staff. Parking was £6 for 24hrs, which we think is great value considering recent price increases. The room was for a family of four, and fully equipped. Nothing missing, clean and air con was needed and was working a treat. We had the breakfast, and there wasn't a thing NOT on the menu. We will definitely stay here again for when we next visit Sheffield. Close to the City, and...

"The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I was offered tea brought to my room on arrival. The bar was closed for one night of my stay, but I was advised the day beforehand. That wasn’t an issue at all. The location was great. Lovely local areas. Plenty of cafes and restaurants and walks nearby. Bus stop direct to the station right outside the hotel a real bonus! "Place was excellent and staff were so nice and helpful, we had our wedding day on the night before coming and didnt have our phone chargers and we asked reception and got a phone charger to borrow, no extra cost, no time it has to be back so it was great! Breakfast was Amazing, one of the best ive had so cant fault that. Spa area could need some improvement, there was quite a lot of mold around and smelt quite strongly in some areas, also the pool area was supposed to be a relaxing atmosphere...
