"My stay was horrible. The survey should also ask about the room condition. I stayed 4 days and my room was never cleaned even though I requested a cleaning after the 1st night when they said the policy was to clean the room after the 3rd night. This was not communicated to me at check-in. My room was never cleaned. Additionally, my room phone didn't work. I advised the front desk to no avail. Also, one of the front desk staff pushed my checkout tasks to another employee so she could call her...

"Great budget hotel. Property is aging, but being kept up - very eclectic! Staff is very kind. We've stayed many times with zero issues. Property is adjacent to a beautiful park, but requires being able to descend and climb a fairly big hill. The path is clean and groomed, but requires some degree of athleticism. Continental Breakfast is adequate and a great perk."
