Clean and very nice layout of the property. The pool areas were are clean and decent. Whistler is pricey overall but it think this is a great deal considering all the amenities and location :) would definitely recommend and stay again! "

"Very spacious and well appointed clean rooms. Excellent location. Great gym, pool and hot tubs (plural) and also has steam room and great bbq facilities right next to pool area. Beds were the most comfortable out of all the hotels we stayed in across our trip around USA and Canada. Family of 5 travelling from Australia. Stayed in a “room with den” kids sleeping on good sized sofa beds and had their own bathroom/toilet. Our bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Self contained kitchen was great...

"This place has a lot of potential and has a great location but unfortunately it fell through on various fronts. There was a hot tub and pool advertised in the photos of the listing, but upon arrival we found out it’s been closed for renovation through the winter and indefinitely. Should not have had the false advertising, we were celebrating a bachelorette and the bride looked forward to that hot tub and relaxation. "Everything was fine, only that you need to throw all your garbage before checking out, load all dishes you had used, there is no restaurant inside the hotel so if your first day you need to buy or eat first before you go there. The room was spacious, there are also complete for kitchen wares to utensils and stuff. No available housekeeping you need to request right before you check in. Front desk is not 24hrs. The place was cozy. "
